We do NOT maintain inventory.
All products are custom-made to order.

1. Zero Inventory
We do not maintain any stock of OSSi branded merchandise. Every item is produced fresh when ordered.
2. Fully Custom
All OSSi merch is made to your exact specifications — size, color, style, and any other custom requests you provide at checkout.
3. Production Lead Time
Expect 4–6 weeks from the date we submit your order to the vendor until the finished goods arrive to us.
4. Batch Ordering
We place orders in batches only. A minimum quantity threshold must be met before we send the order to our vendor. (You will be notified if your order is waiting on the batch minimum.)
5. Shipping Adds Time
Carrier transit time is in addition to the 4–6 week production window (unless you choose local pickup).
6. Two Easy Pickup/Shipping Options
- Ship to your door — Select and pay for shipping at checkout. We’ll ship immediately upon receipt from the vendor.
- Club Meeting Pickup — Free local pickup at our regular OSSi club meetings once the order arrives. Just choose this option at checkout.
