Oil Slickers Society International Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been placed and payment processed, all sales are considered final. All products are custom-made to your preference and at your request. We do not maintain an inventory. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after the product has ordered from the manufacturer.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations
If your order has not yet been ordered from the vendor, you may request cancellation and a full refund within the first 24 hours after purchase. Please contact us immediately to process this request. Requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible.

Exchanges for Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product arrives inoperable (defective or not functioning as described), it may be eligible for exchange, subject to inspection. Exchanges are not available for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or other non-defect reasons. Contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate an exchange process.

Shipping Information

  • Orders typically ship when items are received from vendor, this could take up to 4-6 weeks. Please understand this. They are ordered in batches, and until minimum threshold is achieved for a batch order, the order will remain pending.
  • Additional shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.
  • If expedited shipping is required, please contact us before placing your order to discuss options and any additional fees.

Return Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including for exchanges or warranty claims. Products must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging.
