Mark your calendar for the 3rd annual Vdubs Under The Stars!Yes the 3rd annual, the previous 2 were at a smaller venue and we needed to find a new venue so everyone could enjoy!Bring your VW out and let's have a family friendly camp out among the stars and oak trees. This is not a VW show but a time to get together, enjoy each others company and relax.Friday March 5th through Sunday March 7th, 2027! Gates open at 1pm on Friday. Checkout is 1pm on Sunday. If you wish to stay Sunday night and leave on Monday, please reach out as I have made arrangements with the owners. That will be a separate $20 cash cost to the event. Registration will be opening mid October. Cost will be $35 per person for the entire weekend. Preregistration will be in a post in the event discussion to a Google sheet. Must preregister and pay to confirm your spot. $40 cash per person at the gate if spots are still available. Shirt costs to be determined and will be sold at the event on Saturday. More to come when the event gets closer. We will have some raffles, 50/50 raffle, best camp site award and furthest travelled and more!More details to come! All proceeds will go to the Southeast Volusia humane society as they are always needing help. You can camp in your VW or in a tent.There are 2 buildings on site with bathrooms and showers.Dumpster on site for trash, please keep the grounds clean. Dogs are welcome, please keep them leashed and pick up after your pets. Individual campfires are allowed but must be occupied at all times. Please put them out if you’re walking away. Bicycles and e-bikes are welcome. Small inverter generators are allowed as long as they are quiet. Gas powered mini bikes and golf carts are NOT allowed. This is a time to focus on slowing down and enjoying the fellowship with each other because it’s the people that make this community so special. So grab your VW bus, Vanagon, beetle or any other VW and come enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Open to air or water cooled and you’re more than welcome to tent camp. All proceeds go to the local charity.
